Policies
How we work, plainly stated.
Deposits and payment
A deposit secures your installation date and covers grower allocation of your material. The remaining balance is due prior to installation. Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of your scheduled date, as fruit has already been allocated and reserved for your property.
Scheduling
Installation dates are limited and released in order of reservation. We confirm a morning or afternoon window in advance. Access to the property is required during that window; we do not need you to be home unless access is restricted.
Weather and harvest conditions
Seasonal installations depend on harvest timing and weather conditions. If conditions require a schedule adjustment, P3 will contact you directly and coordinate the nearest available installation window at no additional cost.
Care and longevity
Heirloom pumpkins are cured for a longer display life but remain living produce. Keep fruit off standing water, avoid direct sprinkler contact and expect natural variation in color as the season progresses. We refresh compromised fruit during the season on installations that include seasonal refresh.
Removal
Complete removal is included in every installation. Our team returns at season's end, removes all material and leaves the entry clean. Nothing is left for you to haul, compost or store.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to design, schedule and complete your installation: contact details, property address, photos you choose to upload and design preferences. Property photos are stored privately and used solely for your design. We do not sell customer information.
